Buttercream Overflow Incase you can't make out from the picture, that is a solid 6 quarts of buttercream churning in my kitchenaid. For you mathy types, that's 21,500 calories worth. The caketastrophe involved here? Mistaking the teaspoon for the tablespoon and having to triple the output to correct the mistake...
